Adulthood

The fingers aren't bleeding
Yet
Work intervenes with its
Labor
To push out each chord each
Note
Left from the boss to fix the next problem
Child
Keep nagging daddy for a pizza
Box
Full of old songs each beyond the
Skills
That fall short of each line of code the client
Demands
Keep popping up to pull
Daddy
Again the child begs for water this
Time
Feels like its slipping away with each missed
Chord
Gets practiced again and again and
Again
Its the same old PEBKAC problem--the user's resounding "
but
The fingers aren't bleeding yet.
